The Oak Hill Reserve community is located in the watershed of the environmentally protected Wekiva River protection area. This 110-acre community contains 240 homes of varying lot sizes and two community parks. The park sizes and locations were designed to be significantly larger than what was required in order to save historic trees and to protect the watershed of the Wekiva River.
