The Berkley Ridge development is comprised of 210 single-family homes on a 100-acre site located in the city of Auburndale, Florida. The site is bisected by the Polk county recreation trail system and is located next to the city of Auburndale’s Myrtle Lake Park. The community is designed to provide residents with pedestrian access to the trail system and the community-based park. A neighborhood retail center is also incorporated into the master plan to provide shopping within walking distance for the resident’s of this community.
