Ashford Park is an in fill mixed use development containing both a retail commercial center and townhomes.. The 20 acre site was originally approved as a neighborhood shopping center. Ashford Park was developed as a 135 unit townhome project and a three acre neighborhood retail center that contained a community recreation center, greenbelts, walkways and linear parks around amenitized retention areas.
