The Auburndale Manor property is a mixed use development located in the north eastern portion of the city of Auburndale. The 104 acre site is developed as a mixture of neighborhood retail commercial and single family residential. The total development calls for 260 single family homes and a 20 acre neighborhood retail center. The residential portion of the development is designed around a central park containing a community pool and clubhouse, a children’s playground and a practice baseball field for the residents of the community. The 200,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center will provide shopping opportunities to the residents of Auburndale manor as well as the community at large.
