Cameron Heights is a 265-acre master planned community located in northeastern Seminole county. The site is located near the Sanford – Orlando Airport and its associated industrial parks. The site will be transformed into an 800-unit mixed use project. A community elementary school and middle school site was purchased by the school board within the development. These schools will act as a focal point of the community. A neighborhood commercial center is located at the project entrance and an 8.5 acre business park will be incorporated along the southern boundary of the project.
