Camino Reale is a 4000 acre master planned community located in the Innovation Way high tech corridor in southeast Orange County. The site is located near unique environmental corridors, mitigation areas and a rural residential settlement. The site will be transformed into a 5,000 unit mixed-use project designed in the neo-traditional style. Areas for high tech employment, office buildings and high density residential are located in the heart of the innovation way corridor. Transit stations are planned for tying the Camino Development with the University of Central Florida and the Lake Nona Medical Research complex. The remainder of the site will be developed by clustering a mixture of residential uses and greenbelts around two community village centers.
