Emerson Park is a 200 acre master planned community located in Apopka. The site is characterized by steep rolling topography overlooking a natural preserve around Lake Rutherford. The site was transformed into a 930 unit mixed use project designed in the neo-traditional style. A commercial center with office and retail commercial is designed into the community and will be within walking distance of the residents. A series of parks traverse the site with all recreation areas interconnected by pedestrian walkways and greenbelts. The center piece of the community is a town square with an outdoor amphitheatre overlooking Lake Rutherford. Single family homes, townhomes and garden apartments are incorporated into the design to provide a fully diverse style of living.
