Key Isle is a multi-family development located Ocoee, Florida. The 36 acre site is part of a larger mixed use development that was already constructed when the community was being designed. The site plan was developed using a village concept and created five distinct communities within the 480 unit development. Within each village is a central courtyard as a focal point to each village. These communities are characterized by distinct architectural styles and landscape plantings that helped to create differing neighborhoods around a centrally located lake. Pedestrian walkways are designed to connect the villages and to the two community recreation centers.
