Legacy Park is a mixed use project designed in a neo traditional style with alley loaded single family homes and pedestrian friendly streetscape design. The project was a joint venture between a local church and a residential home builder. This infill development is located on a 160 acre tract that was formally a race track. The community is comprised of 340 homes and townhomes, a community recreation center, a neighborhood oriented town center, a 2000 seat worship center and a 15 acre lake – park that acts as the focal point of the community.
