Madison Place is an in fill development designed in a neo-traditional style. The 6 acre site was a family owned nursery located within walking distance of regional shopping and the local high school. Madison Place was developed as a 48 unit townhome project that contained alleys, greenbelts and pocket parks for the enjoyment of the residents.
