Orlando Gateway is an 120 acre mixed-use development located directly north of the Orlando international airport. The project is designed with a mixture of uses including, 1,200 multi-family residential units, four hotels, 100,000 square feet of restaurants & shoppe’s and a 120,000 square foot corporate office park. The project is designed around major access ways servicing the airport.  A city of Orlando regional park is located directly north of the residential village and provides sports facilities, nature trails and recreation for the residents and guests of Orlando Gateway.
