The Retreat at Wekiva is an upscale residential community located in the environmentally sensitive water shed of the St. Johns and Wekiva Rivers. The 87 acre site is characterized by rolling topography and clusters of mature oaks. The site was transformed into a 257 unit single family residential community designed in the Mizner tradition of south Florida. A large terrace park adjacent to the central lake acts as a focal point of the community. The terrace park contains a walking garden, a playground and a large seating area containing a large water fountain as its center piece.
