Millenium Parc is a mixed use development located minutes from downtown Orlando and the prestigious Millenium Mall. The 38 acre site is developed as a mixture of retail commercial, office, townhomes, a high rise condominium and a city fire station. The 90 unit townhomes are located in the rear of the development adjacent to protected wetlands and a 15 acre lake. The 55,000 square foot retail center and the 132 unit condominium tower front along the 15 acre lake and are connected to the townhome development with a pedestrian promenade along the lakefront. The architecture of the townhomes and the commercial center has been designed to have a contemporary Mediterranean style.
