Montacino, Centex Homes

Montacino is a mixed use residential community located along the western shore of Lake Charity in the city of Maitland. The community contains three different home types to accommodate a variety of lifestyle choices close to the interstate four corridor. A common theme was chosen for the homes and landscape and hardscape features. Daly Design group was the lead planner and landscape architect for this award winning community.
