A strong mission style theme was the essence for the creation of this unique luxury community. Clean white hardscape surfaces were accented by trellised climbing bougainvillea to create an unforgettable statement for this community. Terracotta pots flowering with flowering annuals provides accents in colors and textures that further enhance the community entryway. A community pool and recreation center is planned for the residents of Royal Cypress Preserve.  This center was designed to afford residents a lakefront amenity with an outdoor kitchen, exercise pool and a community boat ramp all shaded by gracious palms and tropical plantings. The model homes and surrounding gardens were also developed in the mission style creating a unified design approach to the entire community. The entire community and grounds were planned and designed by Daly Design Group.
